4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or contract. Typically, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final assets.

Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the event that AeroTerra Productions must cancel a booking due to illness, equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

6. Usage Rights and Licensing

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets for their intended commercial or personal purposes. AeroTerra Productions retains copyright ownership of all images and videos created.

We reserve the right to use any content we create for our own portfolio, marketing materials, social media, contests, and other promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

AeroTerra Productions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AeroTerra Productions, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses arising out of your use of our services.

9. Governing Law
